First thing this morning we got up and went to the NEMO, the children's science museum here in Amsterdam! It was SO much fun! Everything was interactive, and even though I already knew most of what it was trying to demonstrate, it was still so nice to get to just play around with everything and engage with science again. Brian, Jack and I all got to do a lab at the museum, complete with lab coats and goggles!

After we left the NEMO, we headed to the Heineken Experience, which was really cool! I will say, it was very different from the Guinness tour--there was a lot more guidance despite being "self-guided," and it was much less focused on the process of making the beer and history of the company than it was on user experience. Most of the tour was just designed to engage us in various interactive activities, which wasn't as much the case for Guinness. Plus, at the end we got two drinks instead of one! I would say this was a great end to the weekend, and a great last use of the city cards. We definitely got our money's worth!
